Tom Spencer

I am a Senior Counsel, Member of the Florida Bar, Admitted to the Florida Bar in 1969. 

I graduated with a Juris Doctor, cum laude from the University of Miami in 1969. Also, a B.A. in political science in 1966.

I practice in the areas of Business Law, International Litigation, National Security Law and Governmental Law. I restrict my practice to clients who are referred to me and vetted.
